10 Books I Just Can't Finish
This post saddens me greatly. Normally, I’m able to push through, but the following are books that I either couldn’t finish or am still trying to finish. Majority of these books I had to read for school (I have thing against forced reading for education) and or I was reading something a lot more interesting at the same time that was dividing my attention.
Here it goes:
- Ida by Alison Evans
- Obernewtyn by Isobel Carmody
- Lord of the Flies by William Golding
- Attachments by Rainbow Rowell
- City of Bones by Cassandra Clare
- The Chemist by Stephanie Meyer
- Web of Dreams by Virginia Andrews
- Maximum Ride series by James Patterson
- Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams
- The Female Man by Joanna Russ
One day I might expand on why I can’t seem to finish them, but for now here’s the short list.
Leave in the comments section which ones you think I should give another try or books that you couldn’t finish either!

Mine are Great Expectations, Pride and Prejudice and the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
I have to agree with the Mortal Instruments, but I'd definitely like to hear your opinions about the others. I actually just finished reading Ida recently and really liked it so it'd be interesting to hear your take on it. :P
